This teapot Is hand thrown on a pottery wheel, then dried, bisque fired, glazed and fired for a second time.

VERY IMPORTANT: This teapot cannot be used over direct heat from a stovetop range.
This is due tho the way the stove heats the ceramic- when heated only from one side (the bottom) , then it starts to expand where the heat comes.
The uneven heat applied to the ceramic vessel e.g bottom being hot and the top staying cold as it’s not heated will cause rupture and break the Teapot.
